Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as your order may have already entered the processing phase.
If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take care in packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or if the product itself is physically broken.
Please note that damaged packaging, such as a dented box or outer shipping materials, is not considered product damage if the item inside is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at solvragoods@gmail.com. Include a clear photo of the damage so our team can review your request.
If your item qualifies, we will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, SolvraGoods is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, incorrect shipping details, or other issues that may occur during transit.
If you experience a delivery issue after your order has shipped, please contact the shipping courier directly for the most up-to-date assistance. SolvraGoods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect shipping address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
