At SolvraGoods, we are proud to offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to the shipping address provided at checkout.
During peak times, sales events, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates. These delays are outside of our control and may increase the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes And Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing, delivery issues, or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you by email to verify your details within 3 business days of your order being placed.
If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at solvragoods@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
At SolvraGoods, we understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volume, customs delays, address verification issues, product availability, or payment processing delays.
If we become aware of an issue that may delay your order, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that SolvraGoods is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will always do our best to keep you updated and assist where possible.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier and is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at solvragoods@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require information from you to complete the investigation.
SolvraGoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these situations fall outside of our standard refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located or delivered.
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report.
